Privacy notice

What we collect

When you request beta access, we store your email address, broad region, experience level, consent time, and campaign labels attached to the link you used. We do not store your IP address with the application and we do not use advertising cookies or fingerprinting.

Trading and account data

Deriv handles passwords, signup and OAuth consent. VolaPilot may process the account identifier, account type, currency, Demo balance, open-position count, proposals and contract results needed to provide the workspace. Production sessions use encrypted, secure, HTTP-only cookies. Real accounts remain observe-only in the beta.

Data kept on your device

Theme, experience mode, local recovery state, practice preferences and parts of the Demo journal may be stored in your browser. Clearing site data removes device-local information. Signed-in strategy profiles may be stored in VolaPilot's hosted database.

Why we use it

We use submitted details to select and contact beta testers, understand which campaigns generated a request, secure the service, recover interrupted Demo orders, and improve product usability. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Cloudflare and OpenAI Sites provide hosting and security infrastructure. Deriv provides market data, OAuth and contract services. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy obligations.

Retention and your choices

We keep beta applications only while needed to run and evaluate the beta, then review them for deletion. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@volapilot.com. We may retain limited records where law or security obligations require it.

This notice is designed for a limited private beta and should receive local legal review before a broad commercial launch.
